Throughout my career, I have led advancement teams that collectively raised more than $200 million, serving as Vice President for Advancement, Chief Development Officer, and Foundation Executive Director. My work has focused on helping organizations sharpen their focus, align leadership, and move away from reactive fundraising toward systems that are built to last.
At the core of my approach is a simple belief: clarity must come before execution, and strong fundraising is built with intention, not improvised.
